I am very grateful for this place for getting me housed through my disability, however, they don't pay bills on time or get back to you at all. I spoke.with a supervisor there and she said she'd get back to me in a few days and it's been a few weeks and no response. I've emailed, texted and called. It's sad because I really thought this place was the real deal.

Since July 2024 as a disabled tenant under the GRH program I have experienced the following with Mint Properties and Frontier Living LLC: Unauthorized entries into my unit. Late rent payments that nearly caused eviction. Being deadnamed repeatedly despite corrections. Being enrolled in services I never received. Emergency GRH funds I applied for that I never received. An electricity outage because utilities were never set up despite being included in my signed lease. Being encouraged to sign a lease for a new unit and then being abandoned mid-process leaving me financially responsible for a deposit and caught between two lease end dates. Most recently both organizations have failed to provide my Certificate of Rent Paid by the legally required January 31st deadline. When I follow up I receive conflicting information between the two organizations with no resolution. When I have raised these issues I have been met with responses that felt patronizing and dismissive. As someone with a disability this pattern has been consistent and deeply harmful. I also want to note that previous reviews appear to have been removed. If you are disabled or in a vulnerable housing situation please be wary of this organization. If you already work with them document everything.

I just got a place through this company and have been working with them since October or November of last year. So far my experience has been very pleasant. I work with Haadi and like how easy he is to talk to. I've been honest about my struggle and he's been there to help me without judgment. I'm grateful for the services they helped with not only did he get me into my place but helped me move as well. Also helped me with dishes and other things I needed once I got moved in. I'm grateful to him and to this company, I'd be homeless right now if I didn't stumble upon this little gem when I did.

They have given me hope in matter where I didn't have it and they have truly help me when all els failed
